§ 6-21-301 — Departments of city
Tennessee·Title 6
That the work and affairs of the city may be classified and arranged conveniently and conducted efficiently, there are hereby established the following departments:
(1)Department of education;
(2)Department of finance;
(3)Department of public safety; and (4) Department of public works and welfare.
