Text
The Tennessee board of water quality, oil, and gas, created by § 69-3-104 , shall be the advisory body referred to in Article V(a) of the Interstate Mining Compact. Any duties of any member of the board relating to the compact are official duties of the board within the meaning of § 69-3-105 .
