Text

(a) Any company that violates § 56-2-105 is subject to a fine or a civil penalty, or both, of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five thousand dollars ($5,000) for each violation. (b) Each day in which a violation occurs constitutes a separate violation.
