Text
(a)The commissioner is hereby granted authority to issue rules, regulations and orders as may be necessary to properly administer this part.
(b)The commissioner may enforce this part and any rule, regulation or order made hereunder by appropriate application for equitable relief to the chancery court for Davidson County, which court is hereby vested with exclusive jurisdiction over such proceedings.
