Text

Before entering into the duties of the office, the chief administrative officer shall take an oath to support the constitutions of this state and of the United States, and an oath of office. The chief administrative officer shall execute an official bond in an amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) or such greater amount as the county legislative body by resolution may determine. The bond must be prepared, executed, filed, and recorded in accordance with title 8, chapter 19.
