§ 54-4-502 — Part definitions
Tennessee·Title 54
As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)"Commissioner" means the commissioner of transportation;
(2)"Department" means the department of transportation; and (3) "Local government" means any county, incorporated city or town, and metropolitan form of government, or any of them.
