Text
(a)No state funds shall be expended for the purposes of enforcing the standards against agricultural producers that only make sales of produce to:
(1)The consumer of the produce; or (2) A restaurant or retail food establishment that is located in this state or not more than two hundred seventy-five (275) miles away from the farm where the produce was produced.
(b)The department shall not expend more funds to cooperate with the administration under the standards than the amount of funds that are provided to this state by the federal government for such purposes.
