Text
(a)The department is authorized to cooperate with the administration under the standards.
(b)In furtherance of its responsibilities under this part the department may:
(1)Conduct inspections and take other actions reasonably necessary to assist the administration in enforcing the standards;
(2)Enter into cooperative agreements with the administration to implement provisions of the standards; and (3) Promulgate rules to effectuate the purposes of this part, in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.
