Text

As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1)"Domestic entity" means any entity formed under the laws of this state;
(2)"Foreign entity" means any entity formed under the laws of any state of the United States other than this state, the laws of the United States or the laws of any foreign country or other foreign jurisdiction; and (3) "Other entity" and "another entity" mean any domestic entity, other than a domestic LLC, or foreign entity, whether formed under the laws of this state, the laws of any other state, the laws of the United States or the laws of any foreign country or other foreign jurisdiction.
