Text
The application of a foreign PLLC for a certificate of authority in this state shall:
(1)Contain the information required in § 48-249-904 ;
(2)State that it is a foreign PLLC;
(3)State that its purpose is to render specified professional services; and (4) Include a statement that the requirements of § 48-249-1123(b)(3) are satisfied.
