Text
To receive authorization to act as a public weighmaster, a person must receive a license from the commissioner. In order to qualify for a license, a person must:
(1)Be able to weigh or measure accurately;
(2)Be able to prepare correct certificates;
(3)Be a citizen of the United States;
(4)Be at least eighteen (18) years of age; and (5) Possess other qualifications required by regulations promulgated under this part.
