Text

The supplier shall repurchase that inventory previously purchased from such supplier and held by the retailer on the date of termination of the contract. The supplier shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the current net price of all new, unsold, undamaged and complete farm implements and machinery, construction, utility and industrial equipment, outdoor power equipment and attachments, and ninety percent (90%) of the current net price on new, unused and undamaged and superseded repair parts. The supplier shall pay the retailer ten percent (10%) of the current net price on all new, unused and undamaged repair parts returned to cover the cost of handling, packing and loading.
