Text
The division of consumer affairs in the office of the attorney general and reporter shall enforce this part. The division shall:
(1)Establish a means by which a consumer can submit a complaint for a violation of this part; and (2) Promulgate rules to effectuate this part. The rules must be promulgated in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.
