Text

This part does not apply to:

(1)Employee trade associations engaged in the procurement of employment for public school teachers and administrators;
(2)Employment services established and operated by this state, any political subdivision of this state or the United States;
(3)Labor union organizations;
(4)Musician booking agencies;
(5)Employee trade associations engaged in the procurement of employment for nurses;
(6)Any health care provider who provides health care services and who is licensed pursuant to title 63 or title 68, chapter 11; or (7) Any public or private college or university in the state; provided, that no recruiting fee is exacted from the salary or wages of the employee for services rendered.
