As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1)"Board" means the board of control of the Tennessee corrections institute;

(2)"Correctional personnel" means all correctional officers, dormitory supervisor counselors, both adult and juvenile, and chaplains employed in municipal, county and metropolitan jurisdictions; and (3) "Institute" means the Tennessee corrections institute.
