§ 41-22-122 — Catalogue of products

(a)The TRICOR board shall cause to be prepared annually, at such times as it may determine, catalogues containing the description of all articles and supplies manufactured and produced by it pursuant to the provisions of §§ 41-22-118 - 41-22-124, copies of which catalogues shall be sent by it to all departments, institutions, agencies and political subdivisions of the state referred to in §§ 41-22-118 - 41-22-121.
(b)At least thirty (30) days before the commencement of each fiscal year, the proper official of each department, institution, agency or political subdivision shall report to TRICOR estimates for the fiscal year of the kind and amount of articles and supplies required by them for the ensuing year, referring such estimates to the catalogue issued by the TRICOR board insofar as a
