(a)As used in this section:
(1)"Custodian" means the warden of a state correctional facility;
(2)"Healthcare products" includes:
(A)Feminine hygiene products;
(B)Moisturizing soap that is not lye-based;
(C)Toothbrushes;
(D)Toothpaste; and (E) Any other healthcare product a custodian deems appropriate; and (3) "State correctional facility" means a state facility or state institution that houses an inmate population under the jurisdiction of the department.
(b)A custodian shall make healthcare products available to all women incarcerated in a state correctional facility at no cost and in a quantity that is appropriate to the needs of the woman without a medical permit.
