Text
IF (1) a person with mental illness or serious emotional disturbance is discharged subject to an outpatient treatment obligation under § 33-6-602 , AND (2) the qualified mental health professional has not terminated the outpatient treatment obligation under § 33-6-620 , THEN (3) the person's obligation to participate in outpatient treatment terminates six (6) months after the discharge or the last renewal of the obligation.
