(a)IF (1) (A) the person does not request judicial review of the discharge plan, OR (B) the court approves an outpatient treatment plan after a hearing under § 33-6-604 , THEN (b) IF (1) (A) the person is subject to judicial review under § 33-6-708 , THEN (B) the person shall be discharged in conformity with § 33-6-708 , AND (c) IF (1) (A) the person is not subject to judicial review under § 33-6-708 , THEN (B) the hospital shall discharge the person, AND (2) the hospital shall notify the committing court that the person has been discharged subject to the obligation to participate in the outpatient treatment.
