§ 29-30-212 — Form of warrant

The method of obtaining the writ shall be the same as when the suit is prosecuted in court, and the following shall in substance be the form of the writ: State of Tennessee, To the sheriff or any constable of ______________ County such county: I command you to summon ______________ to appear before me, or some other general sessions judge of such county, to answer the complaint of ______________, for unlawfully taking out of the possession and detaining [describe the property], the property of ______________. This ____________________ day of ____________________, 20____________________. E.F., G.S.J.
