Text
(a)Sections 7-31-103 , 7-31-112 , [former] 7-51-202 [repealed] and 7-51-203, and all other acts or statutes in conflict with this chapter shall only be applicable to governmental entities exercising their right not to come under this chapter as provided for by § 29-20-103 .
(b)Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, §§ 28-1-106 - 28-1-108 shall apply in causes of action arising pursuant to this chapter.
