Text
Notwithstanding any inconsistent law with respect to survival of civil actions, the three-year period for filing a civil action as provided by § 29-13-403(b) does not begin to run until:
(1)All moneys owing to the defendant under the terms of the contract have been paid to the attorney general and reporter; and (2) An escrow account has been established for the benefit of the defendant's victims.
