Text
(a)County court clerk shall assume the title "county clerk." (b) The county clerk shall assume all the duties of the county court clerk and all statutes referring to county court clerks shall apply with equal force and effect to the county clerk.
(c)The office of county clerk shall remain an office in this state regardless of the abolition of any county quarterly court.
