§ 9-7-5 — President of board.

South Dakota·Title 9 MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT·Ch. 9-5 THIRD CLASS MUNICIPALITY BOARD OF TRUSTEES

At the first regular meeting after their election, the members of the board of trustees shall elect one of their number as president to serve for one year and until a successor is elected and qualified.
