§ 9-10-12 — City manager--Absence, disability, or suspension.

South Dakota·Title 9 MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT·Ch. 9-5 CITY MANAGER
In case of the absence or disability of the manager or in case of suspension as provided in § 9-10-11 , the governing body may designate a qualified administrative officer of the municipality to perform the duties of the manager during the absence, disability, or suspension.
