Text
A copy of the judgment of dissolution, certified by the clerk of courts, must be filed in the office of the register of deeds in the county or counties in which the municipality is situated and in the Office of the Secretary of State. Upon the filing of the copies, the municipality is dissolved and ceases to be a municipality, except as set forth in § 9-6-9 .
