§ 9-6-3 — Petition for dissolution--Show cause order to municipality--Service.

South Dakota·Title 9 MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT·Ch. 9-5 DISSOLUTION OF MUNICIPALITIES
Upon the filing of a petition for dissolution, as provided in §§ 9-6-1 and 9-6-2 , the circuit court shall issue an order to the municipality to show cause why the petition should not be granted. The order must be served in the same manner as a summons in a civil action against a municipality.
