§ 9-38-38 — Contract for street improvements under park board--Supervision by board.
The contract for doing the work of construction and furnishing material for any such improvement for which special assessments are not to be levied shall be let by the board to the lowest and best bidder in the same manner and subject to the same provisions as similar work not under the control of the board is let by the governing body. All such work shall be done under the supervision and control of the board.
