Whenever the governing body deems it advisable and to the best interests of the municipality to convey any property to a school district pursuant to § 9-27-29 , it shall by resolution direct that the property be so transferred and conveyed. Thereupon a deed of conveyance shall be made to the school district, which deed shall vest in the school district all the right, title, and interest of the municipality in and to the real property so conveyed.
