South Dakota Statutes
§ 7-30-4 — Lease to highest bidder--Minimum rental.
Each tract of land shall be leased to the highest bidder. Before the auction date the board of county commissioners shall fix by resolution a minimum rental rate for each tract of land. No bid may be accepted which is less than the minimum rental rate.
