South Dakota·Title 7 COUNTIES·Ch. 7-1 COUNTY NAMES AND BOUNDARIES
Beginning at a point where the township line between townships one hundred nineteen and one hundred twenty north intersects the range line between ranges fifty - two and fifty - three west, according to the survey of the former Sisseton and Wahpeton Indian Reservation, thence north and along said range line to the northeast corner of township one hundred twenty - four north of range fifty - three west, according to said survey; thence west and northwesterly along the township line between townships one hundred twenty - four and one hundred twenty - five north, across said former reservation in the same course, to the northwest corner of township one hundred twenty - four north of range fifty - nine west of the fifth principal meridian; thence south and along the eighth guide meridian west
