All instruments of conveyance of real property made by any county prior to January 1, 1992, which real property was acquired by such county through tax deed proceedings or in satisfaction of school fund mortgages or by compromise with insolvent banks or through foreclosure or settlement of "building fund" mortgages or by exchange or transfer of title of county - owned lands for other lands, or by any other means or from any other source, are, notwithstanding any omissions, irregularities, or defects in the proceedings had and taken by said county to sell and convey the same, hereby validated, legalized and cured to the extent that such conveyances shall operate to convey to the person named as grantee in such instrument of conveyance all of the right, title and interest of said county in a
