§ 7-21-12 — Resolution adopting provisional budget--Publication of adopted budget.
The board of county commissioners shall, before October first in each fiscal year, before finally determining or fixing any of the tax levies for the following fiscal year and after all amendments, corrections, changes, alterations, eliminations, insertions, and additions have been made to the provisional budget, pass and adopt a resolution approving and adopting the provisional budget as the annual budget of appropriations and expenditures for the county, its institutions and agencies for the following fiscal year. The resolution may not thereafter be subject to reconsideration or revision. No amendments, corrections, changes, alterations, insertions, or additions may thereafter be made to the annual budget.
