Text
Each participating county's share of the county legal expense relief fund shall be computed utilizing the following factors:
(1)The percent of the total population of the participating counties in the state which reside in the county excluding individuals not subject to the jurisdiction of the unified judicial system; and (2) The percent of the true and full assessed value of the participating counties in the state associated with the county as determined by the Department of Revenue. Each participating county's share of the county legal expense relief assessment shall be calculated by multiplying the average of the two factors by the total assessment.
