§ 55-7-14 — Uniformity of interpretation.

South Dakota·Title 55 FIDUCIARIES AND TRUSTS·Ch. 55-7 THIRD-PARTY RESPONSIBILITY FOR FIDUCIARY ACTS

Sections 55-7-2 to 55-7-15 , inclusive, shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate their general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact them.
