§ 55-7-13 — Act not retroactive.

South Dakota·Title 55 FIDUCIARIES AND TRUSTS·Ch. 55-7 THIRD-PARTY RESPONSIBILITY FOR FIDUCIARY ACTS

The provisions of §§ 55-7-2 to 55-7-15 , inclusive, shall not apply to transactions taking place prior to July 1, 1943.
