§ 54-4-38 — Promulgation of rules.
The commission may promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 to provide for:
(1)Rules of practice;
(2)Internal management of finance companies;
(3)Retention of records;
(4)Additional examination fees; and (5) Remote electronic lending.
