South Dakota·Title 54 DEBTOR AND CREDITOR·Ch. 54-10 SECURED CREDITORS' CLAIMS IN LIQUIDATION PROCEEDINGS
This chapter shall not apply to contracts and transactions already existing on July 1, 1941.
