Text
Any foreign entity, foreign government, foreign person, or prohibited entity that acquires agricultural land in this state by devise or descent, in violation of this chapter, has three years from the transfer of ownership to dispose of the land. Any foreign entity who violates this chapter by other means has two years from the initial date of the violation to comply with this chapter or to dispose of the property.
