South Dakota Statutes
§ 43-29-9 — "Record" as used in marketable title provisions construed.
Except where used in the sense of recording, wherever the word "record" is used in §§ 43-29-7 and 43-29-8 , it shall be construed to mean the records in the office of the register of deeds of the county in which the real estate affected is situated.
