Text
The owner of any farm, ranch, or home in this state may, upon the payment of fifteen dollars to the secretary of state, have the name of the farm, ranch, or home entered and recorded in a register. The secretary of state shall keep the register and furnish the owner a certificate setting forth the name and location of the farm, ranch, or home and the name of the owner.
