Text
Every licensed engineer, architect, or surveyor shall be authorized to administer oaths to draftsmen, chainmen, rodmen, instrumentmen, and other assistants, who may be assisting them or participating in any work in which said engineer, architect, or surveyor is engaged in the practice of his profession.
