Text
Before commencing any such survey, the surveyor shall give ten days' notice, in writing by personal service upon all parties having an interest in such accretion lands, that each may be present at such survey if he so desires, and that no such survey shall be made without the written consent of the parties in interest or by order of the court having competent jurisdiction.
