The commissioners appointed pursuant to § 43-17-16 shall make their report in writing, including an accurate plat and survey of such relicted land marking each separate tract "Relicted lot No. ____" numbered consecutively, beginning with the number "1," and file the same with the clerk of courts within ninety days from the date of the order of the court appointing them.
