§ 43-11-4 — Power, definition.

South Dakota·Title 43 PROPERTY·Ch. 43-11 REAL PROPERTY POWERS
A power as the term is used in this chapter is an authority to do some act in relation to real property or to the creation or revocation of an estate therein or a charge thereon which the owner granting or reserving such power might himself perform for any purpose.
