§ 4-10-10 — State fiscal year.

South Dakota·Title 4 PUBLIC FISCAL ADMINISTRATION·Ch. 4-10 ACCOUNTS AND RECORDS

The fiscal year for the state shall commence on the first day of July and end on the thirtieth day of June in each year.
