§ 34A-11-15 — Revocation, modification, or suspension of permit--Grounds.

South Dakota·Title 34A ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION·Ch. 34A-11 HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT

Any permit issued pursuant to this chapter may be revoked, modified, or suspended, in whole or in part, during its term for cause, including the following:

(1)Violation of any condition of the permit;

(2)Obtaining a permit by misrepresenting or failing to disclose fully all relevant facts; or (3) A change in condition or discovery of new information which requires a temporary or permanent reduction, or termination of the permitted activity.
