Text
Any records, reports, or information obtained by the department or board from owners or operators of an air contaminant source or sources shall be available to the public, except that upon a showing satisfactory to the board by the owners or operators of an air contaminant source that the records, reports, or information obtained by the department or board regarding processes or production technique are sufficiently unique to affect adversely the competitive position of the owner or operator by revealing trade secrets, the department and board shall consider the record, report, or information or particular portion thereof confidential in the administration of this chapter.
