South Dakota·Title 34 PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 34-48 CIGARETTE FIRE SAFETY STANDARDS
For purposes of determining compliance with, and enforcing the provisions of, this chapter, the secretary, the attorney general, and the state fire marshal may disclose to each other any information received under this chapter.
