§ 34-1-16 — Rules and regulations of Department of Health--Advice to state officials.
The Department of Health shall have the power:
(1)To make and alter all rules and regulations as may be required in the interest of the public health; and (2) To advise all state officials and boards in matters relating to hygiene and sanitation.
